Confidentiality agreement (NDA)
  • All information I access at Zyora Labs — including projects such as Axis and ZSE, source code, algorithms, methods, model weights, benchmarks, datasets, documents, roadmaps and business information — is confidential and proprietary to Zyora Labs.
  • I will not disclose, copy, publish, post or share any of this confidential information with any person or organisation outside Zyora Labs, during or after my internship.
  • Any work, code or research I create as part of the internship belongs to Zyora Labs.
  • I will not use Zyora Labs' confidential information for any purpose other than my assigned internship work, and I will return or delete all such materials when the internship ends.
